Kanan Haldar v. State Of West Bengal & ORS
12.
17.01.2022 F.B.
Ct. No. 29.
C.R.R. 1022 of 2011 Kanan Haldar Vs.
The State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala, Mr. Pratick Bose ..... For the State.
Learned advocate on behalf of the State appears. Proper authority is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Narayan Prasad Agarwala and Mr. Pratick Bose, learned Advocates.
Learned Advocate on behalf of the State submits that this application under Section 482 Cr.PC was filed due to inaction on the part of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Haldia to draw up proceedings under Section 133 Cr.PC.
From the record it appears that the petitioner is not taking steps for considerable period and that is why the revisional application is pending since 2011.
Considering the facts and circumstances as well as the nature of order assailed, I find no reason to continue with this revisional application further.
Thus, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
