Learned Advocate on behalf of the State submits that this revisional application is directed against the order passed by learned Additional Session Judge, First Track, 4th Court on 27.07. 2006 in connection with S.T. No. 44/July/10. On careful perusal of the revisional application, I find that the order dated 27.07.2006 has been assailed in this revisional application in connection with Farakka Police Station Case No. 113 under Sections 376/109 IPC but curious enough in prayer portion of the petition prays for call for the record and to issue a Rule and also stay the matter.

On careful perusal of the record, I do not find any certified copy of the order dated 27.07. 2006.

From the record it further appears that after 2011 the petitioners are taking no steps and the revisional application is in the list for an indefinite period.

In these facts and circumstances, I find no reason to continue with this revisional application further. Thus being the position, the revisional application stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
