(S. Banerjee) Earlier the revisional application appeared on 13th October, 2023 when no one represented the petitioner. Today the revisional application has again been listed. I have considered the prayer for quashing of the proceeding relating to Katwa Police Station case no. 865 of 2022 dated 10.11.2022. Having considered the enclosures to the revisional application, which is only the FIR and the application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., I am of the view that at this belated stage it will not be fit and proper to interfere with the proceeding. If the investigation has not been concluded, the investigating agency will take the case to its logical conclusion. The petitioners, if so advised, will approach this court after the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. and the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. is supplied to them. With the aforesaid observation, CRR 1095 of 2023 is disposed of.
