As such, there were certain deviations for which Shibpur Police Station Case No. 136 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 and Howrah P.S. Case No. 151 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025 have been registered for investigation.

Since cases have been registered

against the 10 organizers, let the police authorities proceed with the same in accordance with law.

The violation as is reflected from the report were in respect of certain conditions imposed by the order dated 04.04.2025.

In view of the police authorities having taken steps, they are directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time and file their report in accordance with the provisions of BNSS.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7118 of 2025 is disposed of.
