The petitioner has challenged the termination of his service as a Music teacher of Gyan Bharati School, a school run by a private body, as such the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, W.P.A. 7320 of 2023 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

It is made clear that this order will not prevent the petitioner to seek appropriate relief before the appropriate forum of law in accordance with law. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
