Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he being the de facto complainant is aggrieved by the charge-sheet submitted before the jurisdictional court preferred an application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The said application is pending for further hearing. Learned advocate submits that the application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is still pending.

However, the records of this revisional application reflect only orders till 14.07.2022. As such, in case the application under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is still pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Bolpur, Birbhum, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Bolpur would take steps so that the same is disposed of within three months from the next date so fixed before the learned court.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1096 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
