Ct. 19 sg Mr. Hamidur Rahaman ...for the petitioners Ms. Munmun Tiwary Mr. Subhayu Dos ...for the State Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The petitioners have prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to demarcate the properties of the petitioners as well as the government land. It has been specifically stated in paragraph 6 of the writ petition that a problem arose when the petitioners were about to start construction of a house provided by the government under Banglar Awas Yojona. The adjoining plot holders of the petitioners stated that before construction, the petitioners must demarcate and measure their land properly.

Thus, it is evident that there is a dispute with regard to demarcation between the adjoining land owners. Such dispute is purely a civil dispute between private parties pertaining to an immoveable property.

For such reason, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners in this writ petition. WPA 7363 of 2026 stands, accordingly, disposed of leaving the petitioners free to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
