Learned lawyer for the State submits date has been fixed for arguments.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail of the petitioners was rejected earlier in September, 2022. Thereafter, matter has proceeded and date has been fixed for arguments. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
