Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It appears that upon holding joint inspection in terms of the direction of this Court vide order dated 16th April, 2025, it is found that the unit is being operated without compliance of the requisite mandates of the environmental authorities.

On prayer of the petitioner, liberty is granted to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of such grievance. Also, since it is alleged that the complaint lodged by the petitioner in this regard has not been taken care of by the police authority, the petitioner is at liberty to

approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS for redressal of his grievance.

In view of the above, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending. The same is disposed of accordingly.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
