The writ petition has been filed by one Rina Goldar claiming herself to be the wife of late Nakul Chandra Golder. The petitioner in the affidavit has declared that she is the wife of late Nakul Chandra Golder.

The Pension Payment Order issued in favour of late Nakul Chandra Golder that is annexed to the writ petition mentions that Rina Goldar happens to be the unmarried daughter of the said late Nakul Chandra Golder.

In view of the inconsistency in the averments made in the writ petition and the documents annexed thereto, the status of the petitioner appears to be doubtful. No relief can be granted in favour of the petitioner in the present writ petition.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
