The petitioners have filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated June 20, 2025 by which WPA 7738 of 2024 was dismissed for default on the ground of non-appearance of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that when the writ petition was called by this Court on June 20, 2025, the learned advocate on record could not appear before this Court as the learned advocate was arguing matter before some other Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused the application.

This Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the petitioners before this Court on June 20, 2025 when the matter was called.

Accordingly, the order dated June 20, 2025 is recalled. WPA 7738 of 2024 is restored to its original file. 6.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
