In this revisional application, the petitioner who has filed an application for restitution of conjugal rights, prays for early hearing of an application filed before the learned Additional District Judge, Tehatta, Nadia with a prayer for treatment of the wife who suffers from mental disorders. This Court is not in a position to pass any order on this application and the learned Court below shall hear out the application on its own merits. The petitioner is always at a liberty to approach the learned Court below for early hearing upon notice to the opposite party which will also be considered by the learned court below upon considering the reasons assigned and independently.

The revisional application is dismissed.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
