Bose, Mr. Sujit Chowdhury .... for the petitioner Mr. Saurav Chaudhuri .... for the WBSEDCL It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a connected matter, bearing WPA No.5731 of 2018, is still pending and that the WBSEDCL has not filed its affidavit-in-opposition in the said matter.

On the prayer of learned counsel for the WBSEDCL, the time for filing affidavit-in-opposition in WPA No.5731 of 2018 is extended till May 20, 2022. Reply, if any, shall be filed by the petitioner by June 10, 2022.

Both the matters shall next be enlisted for hearing on June 14, 2022.

Affidavits, if any, in connection with WPA No.5955 of 2022 shall also be exchanged by the parties in the meantime.
