Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. By order dated 17.01.2023, a learned Single Judge of this Court in CRR 100 of 2023 directed examination of witnesses to be concluded within six months from the date of communication of the order and the judgment be delivered within one month thereafter. The aforesaid time limit has not been expired.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on the ground of delay in trial.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
