None appears on behalf of the opposite party. The present application is filed on the behest of the petitioner with a prayer to recall the order dated 20th December, 2013 passed by this Court in connection with C.O. No. 846 of 2008.

It further appears that on the previous occasion at the time of hearing there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

So it appears that this petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with this application.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2014 ( Old No. CAN 1127 of 2014) filed in connection with C.O. 846 of 2008 is hereby dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
