1. In course of hearing, Mr. Shome, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners has filed a letter dated 25.09.2025 as written by the writ petitioners addressed to him stating inter alia that the writ petitioners are not at all willing to proceed with the instant writ petition. The said letter dated 25.09.2025 is taken on record.

2. Mr. Shome thus submits that an appropriate order may be passed in this regard.

3. Mr. Batabyal, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that the prayer of the writ petitioners for dismissal of the instant writ petition for nonprosecution may be considered favourably.

4. In view of the submission made at the Bar WPA 7328 of 2023 is dismissed as non-prosecution.
