The petitioners are aggrieved by the non-opening of the technical and the financial bid in connection with the Notice Inviting E-Tender dated 5th March, 2024. Learned advocate representing the State respondents submits, upon instruction that, the bid could not be opened in view of the Model Code of Conduct being applicable on and from 16th March, 2024.

In view of the above, there is no requirement for interfering in the instant writ petition.

As and when the bids will be opened, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
