Having considered that the petitioner himself is not interested to pursue the present writ petition as there has been change of circumstances, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 7778 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocates for the parties.
