1. The petitioner has approached this Court as he is in custody for one year one month. Earlier, there was a direction by this Court in CRM (M) 1895 of 2025 to approach this Court after compliance of Section 35 of the POCSO Act.

2. Learned advocate for the State has referred to the memo of evidence and submitted that the evidence of the victim is still in process.

3. The documents, so enclosed along with the bail application, also reflect the same.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner will approach this Court after the completion of the evidence of the victim.

5. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

6. Accordingly, C.R.M.(M) 800 of 2026 is dismissed.

7. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
