1. This application has been filed to modify the order passed in the writ petition. While disposing of the writ petition, the Court observed that no liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. However, inadvertently the word "fresh public interest writ petition" has been omitted and, therefore, the order is modified/clarified by saying that there is no liberty granted to the petitioner to file a fresh public interest writ petition.

2. However, it is well-open to the petitioner to work out his other remedies in accordance with law.

3. With the above clarification, the application being, IA No. CAN 1 of 2024 stands disposed of.
