The Report submitted by the learned advocate for the State has filed by the S.I., Dinhata Police Station, District Cooch Behar dated 20.06.2023 states that appellant No.1 i.e. Aattat Ali @ Attad Miah @ Attat Ali Miah has expired on 09.11.2016 and appellant No.2 i.e. Ahila Bibi has expired on 27.12.2020. The said report along with death certificates be kept on record.

The appeal abates so far as appellants are concerned and disposed of accordingly.

Copy of the order sent to the department as well as learned trial court for necessary information.
