Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. It appears a large volume of narcotics was recovered from the residence of the petitioner. Another consignment of narcotics was also recovered from a truck which was parked in front of his house.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
