Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. It appears from the case records that the petitioner was dealt with e-wallet illegally. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.

CRM 2874 of 2021 is dismissed.
