This revisional application has been filed for quashing of a proceeding being G.R. Case No.20 of 2017 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai arising out of Ramnagar P.S. Case No.02 of 2017 dated 02.1.2017 under Sections 341/379/509/506/34 of the IPC and Section 3(I)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
Perused the FIR, also perused the papers connected with the instant revisional application.
Considering the approach of the petitioner, the instant revisional application is liable to be dismissed for default. Connected CRAN applications are also disposed of. Any interim order passed by this Court regarding stay of proceeding during the continuation of the instant revisional application is also vacated.
