Case no. 512/2016 arising out of Lake Town Police Station case no. 97 dated 17.06.2016 under sections 354/506 of the IPC, 1860 pending before the learned Additional Chief Justice Magistrate at Bidhannagar, North 24 Parganas.

Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioner, no accommodation sought for. It indicates that the petitioner has lost interest in the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 868 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
