1. The alleged contemnor is personally present in Court and he assured that he shall be present before the learned District Judge, Barasat on 4th May, 2024 when the application for mutual divorce is fixed for hearing.
2. The alleged contemnor has given an undertaking that he shall be present on that date before the learned District Judge and is aware of the consequence of such breach of such undertaking.
3. The undertaking is recorded separately and shall form part of the order.
4. In view thereof, the contempt rule stands discharged.
5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
6. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
