The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of the pending three applications filed in connection with Title Suit No. 1437 of 2021, pending before the learned Judge, 3rd Court, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

The prayer of the petitioner is innocuous. Neither party stands to lose if a proceeding is disposed of expeditiously. In fact, such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties.

The revisional application is disposed of with a request to the learned court to dispose of the pending applications within six months from the next date fixed as per the seriality they deserve, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. Adequate opportunity shall be granted to the parties to contest the same.

This court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the applications. The learned court shall proceed independently and in accordance with law. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
