On perusal of the revisional application, it appears that the present revision had been preferred praying for quashing of an order issuing warrant of proclamation and attachment by the learned Magistrate.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for in the present revision of the year 2020, the prayer of the petitioner is allowed. The revisional application is dismised as withdrawn. Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Learned counsel for the State to inform the concerned authority about the status of the case.
