4. Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency of this case, this court finds that either the petitioner's purpose of filing writ petition has been resolved or abandoned his prayer due to passage of time or became infructuous.

5. Under the circumstances, no purpose would be sub-served in keeping the writ petition pending any further.

6. In the above backdrop, the instant writ petition being WPA 5437 of 2010 is dismissed without any order as to costs.

7. Consequently, the connected applications, if any, are also, thus, disposed of.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
