1. The petitioner is not represented.

2. Mr. Panja, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that accidental death benefit of Rs. 2,00,000/- has already been transferred to the petitioner's bank account on 12th June 2023 vide office memo no. 390/DLC/BER dated 8th June 2023.

3. Mr. Panja submits that since, the aforesaid amount has already been disbursed in favour of the petitioner, nothing survives in the present writ application.

4. Having regard to the submission made by Mr. Panja and by taking note of the compliance report filed by the Joint Labour Commissioner, Berhampore, Murshibad which is taken on record, the writ petition being WPA 7337 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be given to the parties on priority basis upon completion of requisite formalities. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
