1. Petitioner submits he is in no way concocted with trafficking of women. He has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the evidence on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner played a role in the organized crime racket of procuring women for sexual exploitation.

4. In view of the nature of offence having social ramifications and as vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
