In the earlier order dated 11.12.2024 the 12.02.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.17 Rakib learned advocate assisting Mr. K.J. Yusuf, learned Additional Government Pleader has not been incorporated inadvertently. The said order should incorporate the following advocates as representing the State.

"Mr. K.J. Yusuf, Ld. AGP., Mr. Parikshit Goswami."

Petitioner approached this Court for interference in respect of Dankuni Police Station case no. 08/2024 dated 07.01.2024 which was registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code, PDPP Act, National Highways Act and relevant provisions of the Police Act.

Having considered that the investigation commenced on 7th of January, 2024 and involves

certain public servants as alleged being victims, at this stage, I am reluctant to interfere since more than 13 months have passed.

Learned Advocate for the State also submits that the police authorities are at the final stages of the investigation.

Thus, petitioner is granted liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage preferably after the report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. is filed before the jurisdictional Court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 7787 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
