The petitioner complains that his application filed before respondent No.4 on 5th March, 2021 has not been disposed of as yet. In the said application, the petitioner complains of encroachment of PWD road by obstructing the ingress and egress of the petitioner.

The State is represented.

Having heard the submissions of the parties and perusing the materials on record, I dispose of the writ petition with the direction upon respondent No.4 to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner filed on 5th March, 2021 after giving opportunity to all the affected parties including the petitioner of hearing, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.

Hence, WPA 8141 of 2021 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

As affidavits have not been invited, the allegations made this writ petition are deemed not to be admitted.
