By this writ petition petitioner has made an innocuous prayer for direction upon the respondent Managing Director, West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Limited to consider and dispose of the its representation dated 25th February, 2023 and considering his such prayer this writ petition being WPA 7343 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the

petitioner or its authorized representatives within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
