Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate for the State submits that the petitioner was on the internet and was dealing with the public and was extracting money from the public.

Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein as it transpires from the Case Diary, we are unable to grant the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Consequently, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

CRM(A) 1779 of 2022 is dismissed.
