Biswas ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Debajyoti Deb Mr. Neel Chakraborty ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused [Sayan Das] who has been granted bail in CRM (M) 525 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the locus of the present petitioner with that of Sayan Das.

Having considered the materials appearing against the present petitioner, I am of the opinion that the benefit extended to the other accused be also applied in respect of the present petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as was imposed upon the other accused [Sayan Das] in CRM (M) 525 of 2026.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner [Amit Mondal @ Bibek Mondal] is Allowed.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 803 of 2026 is allowed.
