Counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged contemnors have preferred an appeal, being MAT 2005 of 2022 (State of West Bengal & Ors. -Vs.- Sanatan De & Ors.) and the Hon'ble Appellate Court has set aside the order passed by this court.
