Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subsequent event after the earlier order of rejection is the petitioner suffering from tuberculosis. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was absconding for three years. He refers to the materials in the case diary.

The petitioner is being treated as a correctional home for his medical condition. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, we request the Superintendent of the correctional home where the petitioner is lodged to ensure that the petitioner is received adequate medical attention for his medical condition.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (DB) 1018 of 2022 is dismissed.
