Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

None appears on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner prays for consideration of the representation made before the Executive Engineer, West Bengal State Rural Development Agency seeking disbursement of the security deposit.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 being the Executive Engineer, West Bengal State Rural Development Agency to consider and dispose of the legal representation dated 4th October, 2023 filed on behalf of the petitioner in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties and by passing a reasoned order at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The reasoned order shall be communicated to all the parties.

If the claim of the petitioner is found to be proper, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the legal representation dated 4th October, 2023 along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
