It is the fourth application for bail at the behest of the petitioner before this Court.

The State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having considered the respective submissions and on perusal of the materials produced before us, we find that earrings of the victim minor girl was recovered from the possession of the petitioner on his leading statement, we do not think it is a fit case where the petitioner should be enlarged on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, we request the Trial Court to expedite the matter.
