23.08.2022 S/L No.62 KS C.R.R. 684 of 1999 Smt. Sangita Bera -Vs.- The State of West Bengal Md. Anwar Hossain Ms. Sujata Das .....For the State The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of G.R. Case No.115/99 arising out of Tamluk, Police Station Case No.35 of 1999 dated 15.02.1999. The proceeding was pending before the Learned S.D.J.M. Tamluk, Midnapore and the petitioner prayed for quashing of the said proceedings.

As none appeared on behalf of the State, Md. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate who ordinarily represents on behalf of the State is directed to represent the case. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Having regard to the subject-matter of the case and the fact that the revisional application is yet to be admitted after 22 years, I am of the opinion that until and unless the subsequent change of circumstances are brought to the notice of the Court, the same cannot be adjudicated. According, C.R.R. 684 of 1999 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.
