The report depicts that the petitioner was in constant touch with the person arrested with the commercial quantity of narcotic.

Apparently, there are materials in the case diary to establish a nexus between the petitioner and the person arrested with the commercial quantity of narcotic.

Consequently, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (DB) 1019 of 2022 is dismissed.
