Mr. Sanjana Saha ....for the State Petitioner no.2, namely, Anand Kumar Burnwal was arrested and therefore, CRM(A) 969 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable.

So far as the other two petitioners namely, petitioner no.1, Sri Hari Narayan Burnwal and petitioner no.3, Sri Monoj Kumar Burnwal are concerned, learned advocate for the State submits that, process of Proclamation and Attachment stands concluded as against them.

In such circumstances, CRM(A) 969 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable so far as other two petitioners, namely, Signed By :
