Having considered the averments made in the application being CRAN 3 of 2021, order dated 30.7.2021 is recalled. The application for relaxation of condition of bail is restored to its original file and number.

CRAN 3 of 2021 is allowed.

Re : CRAN 2 of 2021 Petitioner submits he intends to enrol himself as a candidate in a PhD programme in the department of History, Faculty of Arts, Jadavpur University. He seeks variation of the order of condition of bail to pursue his academic interest.

We have considered the materials on record.

In view of the submission that the petitioner intends to enrol in a PhD programme in Jadavpur University we modify the condition of bail i.e. not to leave the jurisdiction of Sonarpur P.S

and to meet the Officer-in-Charge of Sonarpur P.S every alternative day and direct that petitioner shall meet the said Officer- in-Charge once in a fortnight until further orders.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 2 of 2021 is disposed of.
