The revisional application was preferred at a stage when the investigation of the case was under progress. Consequently, on completion of the investigation, chargesheet has already been submitted on 19th August, 2012 by the Investigating Officer of the case.
Having regard to the stage of the case and the stage at which the petitioner approached this court for interference, I am of the view that there has been change of circumstances and as such, no interference is called for at this stage. Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 976 of 2012 is dismissed.
The report so submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Gariahat Police Station through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.
All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
