Mina ...for the State Dr. Sutanu Kumar Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ...for the WBCSSC Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the prayer of the petitioner is to extend the validity of the Certificate of Teacher's Eligibility Test, 2011. Such certificate is at Page 15 Annexure P3. Learned advocate for the petitioner also submits that despite his application filed online, this has not been done by the School Service Commission.

Dr. Patra, appearing for the School Service Commission submits that generally it is done but regarding this, he has to take instruction whether such an application was made at all.

I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission to see whether the petitioner whose Teacher Eligibility Test Certificate is at Page 15 of the writ application made one application for extension of the validity period of the

said certificate or not. If such application was made within the time, if any fixed by the Commission, such prayer for extending the validity of time will be considered by the Commission and the decision thereon is to be communicated to the petitioner by one month from the date of communication of this order to the Commission by the petitioner.

The matter is disposed of.
