In view of the report filed by the Inspectorin-Charge, Mohanpur Police Station that the victim girl has been recovered and has been produced before the ACJM, Dantan Court, Paschim Medinipur for recording her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. on 30th March, 2024 and thereafter on 1st April, 2024, the victim girl was produced before the C.W.C.

from Vidyasagar Balika Home, Paschim Medinipur, we dispose of this petition by recording that victim girl is presently staying in Vidyasagar Balika Home at Gope, Paschim Medinipur.

2. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition being WPA (H) 21 of 2024 is disposed of.

3. The report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Mohanpur Police Station, Paschim Medinipur is taken on record.

4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
