Sufficient grounds are available to explain the absence of the writ petitioner on 29th March 2019. 5.

The writ petition is hence restored to its original file and number.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client does not wish to press the writ petition any further. The written instruction dated 30th October, 2023 of the petitioner addressed to her counsel is taken on record.

There shall be no order as to costs.
