It appears that pursuant to the filing of this writ petition, a cheque of Rs.2,06,879/- has been received by the petitioner.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has received the said amount, there is no purpose in keeping this petition pending.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 8158 of 2021 is disposed of with a direction on the petitioner and the private respondent to avail of any remedy available to them in accordance with law before the Appropriate Authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.
