Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the investigating officer of Chinsurah Women Police Station Case No. 18 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 has recovered the Stridhan properties. Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having considered that primary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, I am of the opinion that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 7197 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
